In the highly competitive world of business, companies are constantly seeking advantages and striving for successes. The problem lies with the fact that we’ve mostly been taught that there are two types of leadership. These contrasting styles are known by various names: Hard or Soft, Push or Pull, or Task-oriented or People-oriented. I’d say this perception of leadership styles is inherently problematic as it places tasks and people at opposite ends of the spectrum.
